I may be finally done…

This week I put the finishing touches on the frontend-backend work that I’ve been doing for 50 years or so.  I’m sure that there are lots of bugs that I need to fix for it, but all the basic work is done.

This week I’m going to be working on fixing 1.2 bugs, which I’m sure I’ll have a lot of.  If I have some downtime from that I’ll work on database changes.

I’ve been thinking about the fact that at the begining of this project I completely underestimated the amount of work it will be.  I think part of the problem was that I kept adding on more tasks to the project (like moving all the code into the miro package).  Hopefully those issues are issues that would have messed up any big change, so now other large changes can be done easier. Another problem was several week long breaks in the middle of the project which really messed up my flow.  But mainly I just feel like I should have thought about the scope of things better at the start.
